About me
I'm Matthew, a professional Chef with over 25 years of fine dining experience - and someone who lost 120lbs through eating a ketogenic diet. That journey changed my life, and it changed my cooking. In 2020 I founded the UK's first keto craft chocolate business, and in 2021 became Britain's first keto chocolatier.
Everything at Sweet Keto Chef is made by hand, in small batches, with no added sugar - because I know first hand that eating low carb should never mean settling for less.
