About Sweet Keto Chef

I'm a professional Chef with over 20 years experience in fine dining and hospitality. In 2016 I lost 120lbs through eating a ketogenic diet and wrote a book about the desserts I ate while doing it. Now I'm bringing you delicious, bean to bar chocolate and patisserie of the highest quality, but free from added sugar.

Everything I produce is sweetened with erythritol and sometimes stevia.

My ethical cocoa is sourced from the Huila region of Colombia, the Sur Del Lago region of Venezuela, Guadalcanal in the Solomon Islands and Cusco in Peru. I pay far higher than fair trade prices and ensure that the farmers get a fair price for their work. I make sure there is no child labour or modern slavery in the production of the cocoa unlike most other brands. 

I make everything myself, by hand, in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside.
