About Sweet Keto Chef
I'm a professional Chef with over 20 years experience in fine dining and hospitality. In 2017 I lost 120lbs through eating a ketogenic diet and wrote a book about the desserts I ate while doing it. Now I'm bringing you delicious, small batch chocolate and patisserie of the highest quality, but with no added sugar.
Everything I produce is sweetened with erythritol and stevia and my ethical cocoa is sourced from the Huila region of Colombia. I pay far higher than fair trade prices to ensure that the farmers get a fair price for their work. This means there is no child labour or modern slavery in the production of the cocoa unlike most other brands.
I make everything myself, by hand, in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside.
